We are committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers,  and the general public.  We recognize that health and safety extends to many environments: our own factory, our suppliers’ facilities, the loading docks of our carriers, the homes and facilities of our customers - any place where our business activities and choices may impact the well-being of others.

We recognize that knowledge of people, processes, and products is necessary to orchestrate a healthy business on a day-to-day basis.   All of us, management and staff alike, must be engaged in ongoing discussion and decision-making about the quality, reliability and safety of the things we do.    

We partner with the most recognized suppliers of components and services in our industry.  Compliance with legislated consumer  product  and worker safety requirements is only possible with trusted supplier relationships.   We engage in day-to-day common sense communication with all of our stakeholders, who can affect or be affected by our actions, objectives, and policies.
