Our Response to the Covid-19 Crisis

On behalf of our Sleepers family (including Ron, Barb, and myself,  as well as our dedicated  employees), please know we are taking the COVID-19 crisis very seriously. 

As a relatively small operation, we are still open to serve your needs and to keep our staff working as business slows down. We will maintain our regular hours as long as government agencies/advisories support that policy.   We have taken extra measures in store to ensure a safe shopping experience for all.

As you know, our mattresses and foundations are made right here in our own factory, using components that come directly from our trusted suppliers and time-honored quality processes orchestrated by our small team of mattress makers.  Every finished piece in our inventory is bagged and tagged and ready to go in its original fresh-from-the-factory state.

We have always maintained a no return & no re-sale policy here. You can trust that any product you buy from Sleepers is brand new: it’s yours and yours only. It has never been purchased and returned by someone else. As an added precaution, we are suspending the sale of floor model mattresses, no matter how gently used.  

We recognize that mattresses and furniture may not be high priority items on your shopping list; however, we are here to take care of your needs as they arise.  We have high stock levels in key models & sizes. We’re ready when you’re ready. 

If you currently have products on order, you can rest-assured that they will be fulfilled as scheduled. If you are considering a custom-sized mattress for the cottage or RV, this would be a great time for us to make it for you.  

We have been a part of the community for 37 years, and we fully understand the stresses of daily living - winter, spring, summer and fall. Sleep doesn’t always come easy at the best of times. And these are highly unusual times.  We will do our level best to accommodate your needs, especially those associated with care of older adults, and people who are isolated at home due to illness.
